.After use the manual chain hoist block should be cleaned and coated with antirust grease, stored in a dry place to prevent the manual hoist damp rust and corrosion.
.Maintenance and repair should be operated by professional staff, cleaning manual hoist chain pulley block parts with kerosene, add butter lubrication in gears and bearings.
.Chain pully block after cleaning and maintenance, should be carried out in the no-load test, to confirm the normal operation, can be delivered to use only if the brake is reliable.
.The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Brake parts should be checked regularly to prevent the brake failure and the occurrence of heavy load from falling.
.The chain pully block lifting sprocket around bearing roller, the grease can be adhered to the bearing inner ring which is pressed on the neck of the lifting chain wheel shaft, then the bearing outer ring into the wall.
.When in the installation of the brake part of the manual hoist chain pulley block, pay attention to the tooth groove of the ratchet wheels and ratchet pawl meshed well or not, spring on the pawl control should be flexible and reliable.Fitted on the bracelet wheel, clockwise rotate the bracelet wheel, press the ratchet wheel and friction plate on the brake seat, counter clockwise rotate the bracelet wheel, the ratchet and the friction plate should be left a gap.
.In order to facilitate the maintenance and disassembly, one of the chain link bracelet (welding is not allowed).
.In the process of filling and using chain pully block, the friction surface of the brake device must be kept clean, and the braking performance is always checked to prevent the weight from falling due to the failure of the brake.
